It was a close race, but ultimately I can't deny the hotness of the tC. Also the WRX have been on a coast to coast trip and it was a lot more expensive than I thought.
We went to two dealerships at NoVA. The first one didn't have anything but silver and the dealer dude was treating us like we didn't know diddly squat. Having set on the Black Cherry Pearl we moved on to Chantilly where there was about 5 tCs. 2 of em where the RS2.0 automatic, 1 automatic silver and 1 automatic Black Sand Pearl. Then just beyond the Scion lot there was this deep blue colored beast that turned out to be a 5 speed tC. I've never seen the color before on a tC but I fell for it fast. Gor-friggin-geous! No options except for the all season mats and an iPod holder. We took it out for a test drive or more like a 5 speed training session. 3-4 hours later I was officially broke and it was mine. A 2006 Nautical Blue Scion tC. :)
The clutch on this thing is kinda deep and mix in a sensitive gas pedal makes it hard to get used to, especially for a noob. I either spin and chirp the tires or stall. Like this morning for example, I stalled at the Burger King drive thru trying to get a sausage, egg, and cheese croissantwich... mmmmm.
I got home late Sunday night and didn't have time to take some pics and post it on here. There it is though, just a sneak peak. Let me have the weekend to clean it, replace that ugly ass plate frame, shave the TC badge, and of course put some Silverstars on there.
